New Roof and deck repairs We had hired Penfolds years ago to put a metal roof on a home we had. The work they did was so fantastic that when we moved into our new house a decade later, they were our first call when we had repairs needed on the deck and later on when we needed a new roof. We worked with Michael at both houses and found him to be great to work with; always available if we needed him and incredibly thorough in explaining the process to us. Repair under warranty Penfolds installed a flat roof and a cap sheet a few years back. When cleaning the roof I noticed a build up of water under one layer where there had been a failed seam. James from Penfolds was right onto the issue and spent extra time ensuring the rest of the roof was holding up. The warranty was fully honored. The company is looking good.

Roof Shingle & gutter replacement After meeting with representative Sean Crowther, we picked the the roof shingle type and colour as well as the gutters. In less than a week, a crew was at our house and had the whole roof done in less than two days. They were fast. efficient, and did a great job! With all of the rain we were having, they managed to get it all done between rain storms and saved us some major headaches. New Roof Penfolds replaced our roof and skylights. The crew was very professional. The work was done on time and on budget. Clean up was great. Michael was awesome to deal with. He was very responsive and very knowledgable. We would not hesitate to refer Penfolds to anyone looking for a new roof.

Roof replaced Our 30 year old home had a cedar shake roof that was due to be replaced..We contacted Penfolds and Michael Schoeman came to the house. He was very helpful and explained our options. We followed his advice and were more than satisfied with the results . The crew were very professional,everything was cleaned up and the end result was a great looking roof with a full guaranty.. We would definitely recommend Penfolds to anyone who asked us

No Guarantee Roof Repairs ! Had a roof leak "repaired" by Penfolds and was told by repairer that work was guaranteed. Penfolds online site says "everything we install carries our extensive warranty and Workmanship warranty into a single Peace of Mind Warranty" I was told by Service Manager that roof repairs are NOT WARRANTEED!!! He also said that sometimes it takes 3 to 4 times to do a repair and homeowner has to pay for each " try " !!! Their warranty is a sham and and un-trustworthy!!!!!

Roofing On time and on schedule . Price came in under the quote. Friendly roofers and all clean up was done . Protected the neighbours garden as well.
