Roof Replacement We recently moved into a new house with a very old Cedar shingle roof that needed replacing. We met with Michael, picked out the materials & colours from the choices available and all that was left was to try and find some rain free days which wasn't easy during the winter months. Flat roof Craftsmanship was very good. Did not communicate with subcontractors very well. (ie bin drop location). There cleanup at the end of the day was poor. We had to ask them after the first day to do so. Workers left cigarette butts in our lawn? Distgusting!

new roof We are very pleased with the work Penfold's did supplying and installing our new roof. The crew was excellent, very professional. They were done quickly and left no mess at all! Would highly recommend them.

Reroof Explained I wanted the roof done before a certain day due to guest over the summer: otherwise to be done at the end of the year. I signed a contract with a 10 day cancellation but at about 15 days I canceled; they kept 10 % of the total value of the project back $1,364 from my deposit; explaining they had the right to keep 20%. I should never of signed the dotted line so beware. They had a 40 dry day wait which was way too long. This year started off with extraordinarily wet weather and has created long delays in regards to scheduling. In fact, we set many records with the amount of rainfall we received. New roof, skylight and gutters Penfolds had great and timely service, went the extra mile and replaced the flashing when many other companies don’t. The crew were friendly and tidy as they kept the worksite clean. They were quick and efficient as our roof has many different angles. They were done in three days! The roof look oks great and we’d recommend them to everyone!

Metal roof installation We are Penfolds customers because of their technical advisor, Sean. His excellent presentation to us of roofing systems, pricing and warranties gave us the confidence to upgrade tar & gravel to metal. He listened carefully to all our concerns and provided useful info on every point. When we had leaks during 3 separate rainstorms, Sean ensured same day emergency service each time.
