That was because they provided a detailed breakdown of all the work that in their view needed to be done. The very next day of signing the contract the work crew and the materials arrived. New Roof We had our cedar roof replaced in early September 2016 with EcoRoof Rubber Shakes. We found Penfolds to be extremely professional throughout the whole cycle. Our initial interaction with the salesperson was nothing less than informative and displayed a great sense of knowledge around roofing and the different products offered. Roof replacement Leak in roof which was needing replacement. Received quick emergency tarp service in rainy, snowy weather. Work done in rapid time and cleanup was impeccable. Great attention to detail eg flashings which solved drip problem.

Roofing They did a nice job of installing my new eco rubber roof. Looks great. Left yard very tidy. No surprises. Fixed a couple of things they encountered at no extra cost .

new roof I was about to install vent piping and I noticed the through roof rubber boot was damaged, I called Penfolds as this boot was installed less than 2 years ago with the new roof. They dispatched a repair man and replaced it the same day! Now that's what I call service! Thank You Richard Burbidge

Roofing Penfolds replaced my roof two weeks ago. I was very impressed by their professionalism and their organized process. Hamish was our project representative from Penfolds. He was very personable and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the already thorough project proposal that he prepared for us. The roofers were friendly, hardworking and efficient. Roofing They promised a lot before sale. They are expensive company and they are not good in details. I called them many times to take care of deficiencies and each time they send a person who is qualified to take care of deficiencies and he promise to report and send some else but it never happen. When it raining ,we have so many problem to clean the drainage which was set unprofessionally by people of Penfolds. I dont recommend them at all.

New Roof We arrived home from a holiday to find a large hole in our roof and racoons in the attic. I called several companies and Michael Schoeman from Penfolds arrived the next morning to quote on a new roof but he also covered the hole with plywood as it was going to rain. We decided to go with Penfolds and the crew that did the roof were outstanding - professional, hardworking, polite and cooperative. They finished in 4 days and did a wonderful cleanup. We were very impressed.
