What a wonderful hidden gem.! We had a guided tour of the house by Kathy – very good and so much to learn! And the we took us about an hour to leisurely walk round the garden followed by a lovely coffee and cake in the café.
A lovely day for a lovely tour. The tour guide was so natural and bubbly and clearly trying to do her best to make what I thought would be at least decently dull, actually fun to traverse and immerse in. Plus, the cafe has lovely baked bread and this very rich and tasty soup, I can't recommend the stuff enough, its so good.
