This office exists simply so as to create the illusion of a presence to secure business in the London area. If you are a property based in London you will find Pembroke seldom visits and the level of service provided by them falls short of the promises they make from the glossy brochure.
What a joke the most useless property management in England so useless they couldn’t manage a piss up in a pub. All they do is rip you off and not fix things when they are broken. So everyone just stop paying them
Their phones are frequently down and your queries by email are left unanswered. Yhey are extremely slow too. Poor customer service and lack of care for clients/customers.

If I could award less than 1 star, I would! They couldn’t be further away from delivering against their values. Zero professionalism, proactiveness or communication. The worst customer service I’ve experienced from a company to date. Please avoid.
