What a joke the most useless property management in England so useless they couldn’t manage a piss up in a pub. All they do is rip you off and not fix things when they are broken. So everyone just stop paying them
Their phones are frequently down and your queries by email are left unanswered. Yhey are extremely slow too. Poor customer service and lack of care for clients/customers.
Our experience with Pembroke Property Managément has been nothing short of disastrous. This company exemplifies everything that is wrong with property management. Here are the glaring issues we encountered: 1. Nonexistent Communication Pembroke consistently failed to answer the office phone, making it impossible to reach anyone for urgent matters. If I could award less than 1 star, I would! They couldn’t be further away from delivering against their values. Zero professionalism, proactiveness or communication. The worst customer service I’ve experienced from a company to date. Please avoid.
I live in City Point and 4 months now the lift is not working. All residents have begged for answers or at least some form of progress but all we get is a generic answer. Customer service is non existent I even wonder if they are real. Half of the people in the building have mental health issues because of this. I found someone crying on the stairs two days ago on their way up to the 12th floor and they walk with a stick.
