I had a fantastic time using Pellys as my solicitors for buying my flat. As a single, first time buyer I didn’t have a lot of knowledge going into it but George was brilliant, no question was too small, and never left me waiting for a reply! I will definitely use Pellys again in the future!

We have just bought our first house in record time (less then 8 weeks) with the amazing support of George. As it was our first time buying, we had a lot of questions and he couldn't have been more helpful or speedy in his responses. I cannot recommend Pellys enough, and am extremely grateful for them making the process such a positive one. Thank you George and the team!

We can't thank George enough for his help with our purchase as first time buyers, with the stamp duty deadline looming none of thought it would be possible but with George's help we got the keys 3 days before! His communication was brilliant and always available to help answer any questions or easy any worry or doubts. Staff in reception are very friendly and were happy to help. Will be definitely be reaching out to George/colleagues if their services are required. Thanks again :)
