Grill came out the box with operation issues. After firmware updates and revealing additional problems, received another circuit board under warranty. Replaced it, still had occasional issues with temperatures not reading right. Just replaced temp probe, Keeping fingers crossed!!

What amazing customer service. Called to buy a grill on a Sunday and not only did they call us back, but assembled a grill and let us pick it up on their day off! Great company!
