I had the best experience with Nicole Reinhart. She was beyond professional and extremely helpful. The door I ended up choosing has a life time warranty and since it was a custom door, Nicole is having her manager follow up to make sure the dimensions are correct. Amazing service!!
We had Pella casement windows installed in our shop. I couldn't be more pleased. The professionalism and the courtesy of the installers were paramount. The installers took the time to show us all the features of the window. Pella you are top notch, I would recommend anyone that is interested in purchasing Pella windows/doors to go through Pella and have your Pella product installed by Pella.
Installers did a great job! They were very friendly and kept our house clean during installation and when finishing up. The French doors look beautiful. My only complaint was the functioning door was not on the correct side, we ordered the right door to be functioning. We will contact Pella to resolve.
