RecommendedIt’s cold out now in Vermont, and we are delighted we chose Pella units for the living room-deck juxtaposition. We don’t think we will bother to re-hang curtains as the units are so tight and we feel no drafts! The Pella representative was really helpful—-he came to the house and helped us select units and colors. Couldn’t have been better.
RecommendedWe have had good luck so far and the service, even with the Covid was great.
I have a home that we were thankful for the “pella” name and I believe they are a great name we just have a terrible product in our home. Proline series are the worst. After we moved in we couldn’t open the windows because all the sashes started to rot. Now we have to replace all the windows and can’t seem to get anyone from pella to assist. Please feel free to contact me as the local store sent me to Lowe’s and to their distributor.

RecommendedThis is our second experience with Pella. Windows are beautiful and just as described. We worked with Roger and he gave me options for my replacements.
RecommendedWe had Pella replace two windows in our 108 year old home. Our sales consultant,Adam, was knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure. He gave us multiple quotes so we could desire what was best option for us. He was the only sales person who did not require a minimum number of windows to do the work. The installer, Jack, was thorough, professional and left the rooms he worked in cleaner than when he arrived. We will hire Pella again when we are ready for future projects.
SERVICE I called and was told they're closed due to virus after a service person was at my house and he gave me a number to call for help in the matter and when I called I was told they were closed due to the virus! Really, couldn't he have told me that???? I'm going to keep calling until I get an answer!!!! This is a scam!!!! I will not recommend Pella to anyone!!
