Worst in-home consultation experience ever! Salesperson figured she’d give me the “cliff notes” version of products, choose for me, and shove a payment plan in front of me before answering my questions about the different options and accessories. Waste of time.

I was so excited when Pella came to my house and sold me the exact door I had been wanting. Excitement has turned to frustration. We ordered the door in May. It is now late September and we still don't have the door. Our installation date has been moved out again. This time to mid October. (original date was in August) I got the bad news in an email, not even the courtesy of a phone call. Their excuse is always Covid-19. They could have built the door themselves since May!
