Jon M. Provided great service and information about the options for our front door and even took the time to visualize different color options after taking a picture of the front of our house. We called him to handle our front door after being really pleased about how the back door turned out last year.
I have had an amazing experience with Pella. My contact Sam is SO thorough with his recommendations. He listened to my needs and came up with creative solutions for my needs. He really went above and beyond, and in the end it's going to end up saving me money. I can't say enough good things about the company and quality of their products!
Send us the little part we need to be able to control the built in mini blinds in our patio door! We were told it would be mailed to us. Have not received it yet, and that has been quite awhile ago. Customer service in Nashville, TN seems to be lacking. We love Pella doors and windows, but .... My husband and I finished installing the patio door replacement because we were told it would be November before they could get back out to finish installing it. Yes. really like our windows and doors but can't get help in replacing a broken window pane...the whole window has to be replaced as the glass itself cannot be replaced ..will call customer service later this a.m. to see if they can help. Have had no response from Franklin, TN store after contacting them 3 times in over a month...

I wanted to thank you again for canceling my window install today due to weather. I'm enjoying watching the lack of rain since 7:30am this morning through the gaping hole in my wall where a window is supposed to be. And thanks also for recommending I board up the opening myself until you can come to install the window next week instead of today. I definitely will not be buying Pella again.
