I was told that the squeaking patio door sound would disappear after about a week. Well it's still squeaks weeks later so until the doors work perfectly, I won't recommend. perhaps have one of your techs come out and fix the door and then I'll reconsider.

Pella SUCKS!! They do not honor their warranty, and their service department continually changes replacement terms, installation and other terms agreed upon.
We replaced old wooden French Doors that opened onto our deck with new Pella French Doors with blinds between the glass. They look terrific and the installation went very smoothly. The team did a wonderful job.
We needed to replace a few windows in our home. The Pella team listened to our needs, didn't try to oversell us (like replacing every window in the house), and performed a flawless installation. The installers were friendly, left a clean work site, and got the install done in less than a day. What more could you ask for?
