I ordered 6 windows in January 2021. I was told that they would be installed in April 2021. On the installation day, no one showed during the appointed time range. I called in the morning to ask where everyone was. No one called me back until 4 pm that afternoon after an entire day of not knowing if anyone was going to show up. I was told even though I was on the schedule for install that day, my windows had yet to be manufactured. December 28, 2021 Let me start this letter by telling you how I feel...then I will elaborate. Your windows are terrible. Our bills are the same, not lower. Our master bedroom is still burning up every morning. Recently, there's been construction for over 2 weeks on the road at the back of our property (well over 75 yards from the back of our home) and we can hear the equipment, the grinding of the gears, the beeping when they back up, the dumping of the dirt... your windows have done NOTHING to lessen the noise factor coming... read more

After the ***** freeze in 2021 we realized that we needed to replace the original windows in our house from ****. We decided to go with Pella because we wanted high quality windows and good customer service. We chose the Duracast windows, double pane. The windows were custom built and there was a bit of a lead time for that but that hasn't been unusual in 2021. I ordered a storm door from Pella in dec 2019. It had door closers top and bottom they had plastic parts which broke almost immediately. It is now 2021 and the door handle has not worked since the spring and this week it completely fell apart. A new handle costs $70.

I ordered the whole set of windows for front side of my house through Pella windows (506 E Dallas Rd Suite 100, Grapevine, TX 76051), which costs near 30k. The contract was signed in 06/25/2021 and the installation was set for late Sept. However, before the installation, they informed me one set of windows was delayed until late Oct. Ordered a window from Lowes and it was a Pella. It arrived and I have 8 other ones in my house as I am installing a few every year and this window is junk as the window locks are 3/8 of an inch from being able to lock and a kindergartner cold have put the screen in better. Called Lowes where I ordered and they said to call Pella well Pella said to call where I ordered. I ordered 11 new windows from Lowe's. 8 windows came with NO INSTALLATION HARDWARE. 1 window came with 2 different types of screws! 1 came with the grid installed backwards. 1 came without the exterior sill piece. I went to Lowe's and the pro desk referred me to Pella.i called the Pella number they gave me and was referred to a regional office for my address. Dealing with that office has been a nightmare. We have been trying to get Pella windows to not only give us an estimate, but to get an installer out to measure correctly, in order to purchase 9 windows. This is no way to run a business, particularly one with such a fine reputation. On May 13, 2021 the salesman came out to our house and was very professional, took measurements, and answered our questions. i have a house full of pella windows and have had issues with the roll screen for years as well as the french doors as well as window screens for which they dont have parts -it is a great -they send someone out to tell you its broken one charge and then weeks later try to come and fix it but they cant another charge and then another charge to tell you they dont have the parts it is a great service model i am about to rip out all the pella producta and go with anderson after talking to the customer service department it fits ... read more
