Service is great at the facility, with the exception of scheduling. Understandable we are working with children but the scheduling needs to get better. 850am appointment and the doctor doesn’t walk-in to the room until 955am. This is every single appointment for 3 years now. I’m not sure if they realize they need to leave some lag in the schedule they try to maximize every minute but then the children become anxious asking why it’s taking so long. Other than that everyone is very professional
