I have such great experiences every time I go (except for my first visit which I describe below). I love, love, love Hila Gilberd, PA-C. I feel like she is family (kinda wish she really was)! I always look forward to visiting her for our check ups. She is so sweet, genuine, and knowledgeable. I absolutely love her. No one could possibly say anything negative about her and if they did, I wouldn’t believe it—She is such a great person! Ivan (I’m not exactly sure of his job title) is also really great. Every time I have to bring my sick children to the doctor they end up waiting in the front for over an hour past appointment time and the staff always makes excuses. Worst customer service. Need to find a new office
Good wait time. Very friendly staff.
Incredibly disorganized and the wait is ridiculous. The doctors see their patients as numbers, not names. It's disheartening.
