After being a loyal customer for many years, I was extremely disappointed to find out via a third party that the shop has closed! I have a gift voucher which is now useless. I have tried to contact them without success. Such an awful way to treat people who have spent a lot of money over the years.
Booked a treatment with a £35 birthday voucher. Got an email confirmation and reminder - only to turn up and find the place shut down. Would have been nice to have been told this before driving there and paying for parking. I have messaged on Whatsapp but been ignored - could I please have the £35 voucher money back?
Very disappointed to find Pebble Sanctury have closed without informing me whilst holding £100 on my account from a 60th Birthday gift of a voucher for Pebble Sanctury from my work colleagues. Do the right thing please and refund the money. I have been blocked on messenger so this my only way of contacting you.
I never leave reviews but just got an email to say pebble is closing down. I haven't been in ages as I've moved away but everyone was always so lovely! So sad to see you guys go. Best of luck to everyone!
Electrolysis...this business is only one of a few in the area that offers Electrolysis. Tracey is very proficient at Electrolysis and makes her clients feel at ease. I can thoroughly recommend this service.
