This is my second honda pilot purchase from Pearson Honda and continue to be pleased with the people and the service. Greg Gohlke made the second buying experience very easy and pleasurable. He was very thorough in explaining the features of our new vehicle. Greg also sold my 80+ year old parents a new CRV this week. We were very pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable both Marty Parece and Donald Johnson were. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. They answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. This is the second car in a year that we have bought from Pearson Honda and both times we were very pleased. Would highly recommend Pearson if you are looking for a new car!
Outstanding experience. I shopped for a honda crv online, was in contact with Shawn Snider for probably 2 weeks with various questions, always great communication. I shopped from va beach to richmond, and im living in yorktown, Va. Great delearship! I want to thank Scott Reyes who was my internet sales rep. I was looking for a specific vehicle and they happened to have one in their used car inventory. The vehicle was already reasonably priced compared to what other dealerships were asking for the same vehicle. The price was good enough that I drove from Durham, NC to look at it. They made me a reasonable offer for my trade in. To this point I couldnt have be any happier. Thanks to everyone at the dealership.
Greg Gohlke took care of us when it was time to say goodbye to our 2007 Odyssey. After 230,000+ miles we were pretty attached. We love our new Odyssey van and are looking forward to our next long trip in style. Thank you Greg! After moving here from Delaware I was looking for a Honda dealership with the personal touch I was used to. Pearson was the one dealership in the Richmond area that made us feel welcome..
