My family and I walked on the lot for 20 mins and no one came out to assist us! There was a guy outside helping someone else and he did not say anything to us! He even went inside and came back out- still no assistance. He could have at least sent someone else out or made some kind of eye contact! You guys lost customers!
Everyone at Pearson was amazing through the entire car buying process, from sales down to the finance people. Chase Bowlin was fabulous to work with - extremely knowledgeable about cars with amazing advice for maintenance and care!
