There service dept is no were near there other honda dealerships around the Richmond area, i had scheduled a oc and key cut/ program, on the way there emmisuons light came on, told service writer and they wanted me to make another apt to get that item looked at"they called it an add on" , i asked them what happens if they are channing the oil and find something wrong how would they take care of that if ther was no time alloted, he did that i would need to make another apt for that item, SMH, WELL if we are doing a state insp... read more
