Well, we tried to shop there today as we were comparing van models. We went to a couple dealerships but, at Pearson, we stood around looking at Odysseys for an hour hoping to speak to someone but no one had the time to talk. We left and are looking across town now as we will hopefully buy one tomorrow or Sunday. Maybe they are better than this but I don't expect to beg to talk to someone as you write them a check for tens of thousands.
Not knowledgeable about used cars and took at least THREE weeks of paper work and driving from the city to the dealership to finalize my deal. Very pushy individuals that work here and I will make sure to let people know NOT to use you and to use Casey Honda instead. Not to mention, I was given no records of maintenance and found out from Pearson Mazda my oil drain plug was stripped and leaking. Thanks for the wonderful experience, Pearson Honda.
I have been a Pearson Honda customer over 15 years. Great service department, very reliable and honest. Love that my van gets washed every time I take it in for an oil change. My kids love the waiting lounge and the free donuts :)

Have nothing but positives about our experience with Pearson Honda. We were told by another local Honda dealer that what we wanted to do could not be accomplished. Thank goodness that Barry, Fermin (our salesperson) and Tyler (Financing Department) knew what to do. We are elated with our new 2015 Odyssey. I will never go to another Honda dealership. Highly recommended.
