I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. My salesperson Donald Johnson was awesome and got me the exact car that I wanted. Today I took the car in for its first service and I received the same level of excellent customer service today! I will recommend this dealership to any and everyone!
Great service! They don't pressure you into a lot of extra work that needs to be done but they just let you know. They even took my daughter and I over to Chik-fil-A so we could eat lunch while we waited!
We had a great experience at Pearson Honda they give us what we wanted for my trade in and put us in a nice pre owned Honda Pilot we had an amazing salesman Roy Rivera was very helpful and laid back not pushing like most salesman. Thanks Pearson Honda enjoyed the experience.

Bought my car here and it was great but every experience with the service department has resulted in nothing but headaches.
Overall very impressed with the service. I came in from out of town and made an appointment. I shoeed up 30 minutes late and the still took care of me right away. My service writer, Mike, was awesome and the parts guy who helped me was also very knowledgeable. Ask for them when you go there!!! Only down side, the car wash sucked, but it was free after all!!
