We traded in our 2015 Accord for a '17. Got a terrific deal, thanks to our salesman, Eric Gibson. He took great care of us, and we drove away in a new car in a matter of few hours. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our trade. Pearson has always been great to take care of a nail in the tire of our '15, plus oil changes, car washes, etc. Always so friendly and prompt to take care of your needs. We highly recommend this dealership, and Mr. Gibson was a great salesman.
Walked in today just wanting to test drive a car bc I was just starting to think ab purchasing a new one....several hours later I drove out w my new Pilot. Greg Gohlke was the perfect salesman. Driving off the lot in our new Honda felt amazing, but it felt even more amazing knowing that we got an incredible deal. We put the Honda dealers in Richmond up against each other and Pearson came out giving us the best deal, that even other dealers couldn't match. Brenden Young was wonderful to work with which made the whole experience even better.

Service is way overpriced! I messed up and didn't shop around but they had been ok price wise in the past, so I trusted them. But 400 more than AAA down the street is absurd! I will NEVER go to PEARSON HONDA again!!
