When a friend is lied to, its not a place anyone should do business!
I spent six hours at the dealership with my three kids and bought a van there two years ago. We had to replace the AC and pay $300 for it because they said it wasn't mechanically necessary therefore not covered under the warranty. Today, my VAN DOOR FALLS OFF as I'm leaving the hospital and it takes at least 7 phone calls for someone to care enough to get me to an actual person. Great Service And Friendly Staff awesome customer service
Greg Gohlke and Mr. Reyes were great to work with during the process of buying my new Honda. I am new to the Honda family but Greg was patient with me and explained every facet of my new car at least twice. Despite being a young adult, Greg treated me as a serious buyer which I appreciate because other places have the tendency to write you off. I would definitely recommend seeing Greg at Pearson Honda if you're looking to buy a new car.
