10/8/2020 (don't often post reviews but this needs to be said) TLDR - Watch out for: poor quality wearable parts, pressure based maintenance recommendation, lack of transparency regarding parts installed, and excessive maintenance costs on warrantied vehicles, excessive wait times. Beware of the service department, the Pearson Honda dealership and the quality of "wearable" parts installed by the dealer. Purchased a new 2018 Honda CRV from Pearson Honda in November of 2017. ... I’m so sad that I cannot recommend Pearson. Unfortunately, this is based on our service appointment. Even after writing a review to Honda and answering Pearson’s own survey, no response. All we want is confirmation that the safety issue we encountered will be corrected. That’s it. Not looking for discounts, freebies- just doesn’t matter- all I want is that what happened to me in the waiting area of the service bay is corrected so no one gets sick or hurt. I live about 6 hours away, but decided to drive here for a Jeep cherokee that I wanted. The first red flag should’ve been when they sent over a wrong buyers order to my bank and everyone there was so unorganized about it. Secondly, it is ridiculous that I haven’t even had the car a full month, haven’t even made the first payment yet, and there are transmission issues and I will possibly have to be buying a new one within the next few days. I’ve never left a negative review in my life... but I am hoping that in reading this, this company can fix some issues. I often wonder how the service department is still in business. Every time I need work done I call and get sent to voicemail. I leave a voicemail, no one returns my call. A week later I leave yet another voicemail, usually no one returns my call. Over and over. well I would never use this company after seeing there staff taking photos of a customer's car that was in for repairs and because it was dirty and he didn't wanna work in a dirty car he put it on face book groups. your machanic is bagging out this customers cars for how dirty it was your a car dealer ship and your bagging out your customers cars talk about unprofessional shouldnt matter what service someone comes in for you should never judge your customers and you should never post about them on facebook your buisness won'... read more
