I just purchased a 2016 Honda CRV within the last 3 weeks. Now that the tire shine has worn off I can see a lot of cracks and dry rotting on the tires. When I Notify the dealer they said there nothing wrong with the tires. This is not the 1st one I’ve bought from Pearson Honda. 8 months ago I purchased a Honda Pilot and we had the same issue but it was so bad they replaced all 4 tires at no charge. Went to test drive a car- worked with Troy Bell. Went back 1 week later to test drive again. Troy was busy this time, so we worked with Mike Revell. At this visit we talked pricing and were given an OUT THE DOOR offer in writing. My husband and I walked, but we were told that the offer was good for as long as they had the car on the lot. The sales staff is great at Pearson. The service department is absolutely terrible. If you buy a car here get it serviced elsewhere.
Arrived at Pearson today to purchase a new car, but the salesman, Victor, seemed to be unmotivated. He didn't get up until a salesman was requested, even after we made eye contact. He was unwilling to search for the car, outside of their lot, that I wanted. This is not what I expect of Honda, but it is what I have heard has become the new norm over the last several months.
Had to unexpectedly pull into a Honda dealership service area yesterday . . . and was SO surprised by how great my experience was. Nothing but helpfulness. Pearson Honda just won my business from here on out. Barnes - you ROCK!
