RecommendedExcellent service always wait time was a bit long.
For the most part service has been excellent since purchasing a used CRV in 2016. However, recently we went to our long time mechanic (of 20 years), a local tire and repair service for a front end alignment and learned we did not need an alignment. Rather they diagnosed a tire pull in one of our front tires that were new when we purchased our 2012 CRV; they only have 27,000 miles on them. They indicated the tire dealer will take them back. Eric Gibson was so helpful in helping us find our van to fit our growing family. Process was smooth and fast and went without a hitch. Even going to the service department to have something fixed Eric was on top of it. Highly recommend Eric and Honda for anyone car hunting.
