Gym updates since previous owners have been incredible,from equipment to stuff and further.New owners are most nicest people you will ever meet in your life,super positive,encouraging and always up for a chat with anyone who comes in to gym,and it doesn’t feel pressured or fake. Good gym, decent equipment, good atmosphere and really friendly down to earth owners, glad I came in today to check it out as I'm now a member. I look forward to training here and achieveing my goals, thankyou :)

Have been a member for some time now (couple years) but this is the first time when I wanted to write a review - new owners have done amazing job! Clean environment, plenty new equipment, no saving cost on either heating or air conditioning in summer. Finally can workout not being afraid to throw dumbbell on my face because my fingers are freezing. Staff members always makes you feel welcome, especially Rich and Joe himself. Have been a member since the gym was called Krunch. The takeover and makeover of the gym has injected some much needed life into the gym, just goes to show what some TLC can do. The staff are all friendly and they are always there to help. Even at 5.30am during the week there is a great environment. Keep up the good work and long may it continue!
