When this dealership was Don Reid, I would have told people to avoid it like the plague, but I brought my Fusion for a new steering rack after the dealership went under new management and I couldn't be happier. David was very kind and made sure the repairs were done quickly and correctly. He kept me updated on the repairs and helped me arrange transportation while I didn't have my car. While I'll never buy another Ford as long as I live, I still recommend Peacock for any service needs.
DO not waste your time on this dealer. The worst customer experience I have ever had. Misleading business practice. After agreeing to a negotiated price and making me drive back to finalize the paperwork, they totally lied to my face by saying that the sales manager that approved the price the day before was not longer working with them. How many times have you used that line to cover your lies? Totally unprofessional and will never recommend this place to anyone. Will file a complaint with the BBB. Horrible service! Brand new 30k vehicle and they can't produce our owners manual to provide the security codes! Worst mistake ever to do business with this dealership!
Didn't have 0 stars. An hour and a half for an oil change. Waiting for jim bob to give me an estimate on tires when I didn't ask for it!!!!!! Wasting my time!!!!!!! Last time I will ever go to this dump!! Do yourself a favor go to another dealership.

The BEST Ford Dealer in town. I recently purchased a Mustang, the staffs were very friendly and made the purchase process very smooth and quick. Sincere thanks to Tom, Paul, Michael and Mike for making the process smooth and easy. Special thanks to Cody, the salesperson who was patient enough to explain the features about the car and answer all queries related to car. I would highly recommend to all FORD LOVERS to visit this dealership.
Waste of time... called about a vehicle made an appointment day before my arrival, drove 2 hours to get there and they tell me they sold the car! They didn't have the decency or curtesy to call me to let me know before I made the 2 hr trip. Is that how you treat potential customers.
