Hurricane Irma totaled my car but Hugh,Charlie and Mark Wilson put me back on the road with a brand new FORD Escape. The process was efficient and the staff was more than courteous. I will be back and highly recommend this dealership to friends and family alike.
The initial contact is great. But the lack of communication and follow up from the sales and finance staff is definitely disturbing as a part of a major corporation that is publicly traded I have stockholders as well as hundreds of thousands of homeowners that I'm responsible for communicating with and always being transparent. They had my car for 3 days, I paid $1400 for service and they didn't even wash the car before giving it back
They made sure that I was able to get my car in for an oil change after normal hours. But they were a little confused about the Ford rewards I had earned and did not explain that their price had gone up and I could not use my rewards against my oil change. I did get a rebate from Ford though.
I bought a 2016 Ford Expedition. Never once did I feel forced to buy. They were laid back. A great group of guys to make buying a new ride easy.. I love my new ride. A happy wife makes a happy home. �

Bought my 2016 Mustang at Greenway because I wanted a specific trim level and color and they had it in stock. Took it in a few months later because water pump was leaking. Service was ok, nothing special. We moved across Orlando and several months later my a/c stopped cooling. Took it in to Peacock, worked with Service Advisor Lyman and all I can say is WOW! Very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient getting my car checked in quickly. Said it would be a couple of days, I'm thinking, yeah right, probably 3 or 4 day... read more
