I had a signed deal on a vehicle and was having some add on done to the vehicle waiting a couple days for delivery and then the day before delivery was informed the Russell Ried took my vehicle from me for a friend that might want it were are you and your business morals?
Why does the service department at Don Reid Ford NEVER have any information regarding Ford recalls or technical service bulletins (TSB)?!?!? Aren't they the service experts working for FORD?! Last week when I called all I was told was that I was out of warranty.... Who only has a 60k warranty anyway?! BUT Why in the hell do I have to research what they should already know?! Absolute worst Collision Center in Orlando. The manager is a jerk. It has taken forever for the work to be completed properly. I've had to take my car back 3 times now. Please shop around do not waste your time at the Don Reid Ford Collision Center.
