The worst dealership in Central Florida. Don't give them your phone # or address either. You will not stop getting calls or mailers from them with scams for you to come in and trade or buy A car. Do your home work on Ford it's self. With defect's in transmissions for Ford Focus to other safety recalls.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in a customer service field and I would have expected corporate to fire me if I treated my clients the way these people treated my husband and I! Management, you should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring such poor quality and keeping them there! Some of your used car team that worked on 10/23/14 should be shown the door! NEVER VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN!
