I'm overall very happy with my choice of going to Don Reid Ford. The Service Department is amazing! The last couple of times I got Lyman and he is one of the nicest guys I've ever had to work with in the Automotive industry. I don't think I'm leaving Ford anytime soon.

Horrible service department and I will never take my Mustang back there again. Reggie was the absolute worse customer service person there. They never advised me of what was going on with my vehicle and he was very rude on the phone. I would never go back to this dealership or buy anything from them and I will tell everyone I know the same thing. Six weeks to fix the car with no one calling to advise the status.

Don Reid Ford is ridiculous. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from them. Their customer service is disappointing and they should not be allowed to sell non ford vehicles. They can't even put the clips on correctly on a German vehicle. Their maintenance department shouldn't even be allowed to touch anything but ford cars. Very very upset about having to do maintenance on a vehicle that should have been done before they sold it to me. Or at least have the decency to let me know it had not been done. My Flex without warning started shaking and had no power today (Saturday). I limped in to the service department 2 hours before closing. Lyman Keele in the service drive greeted me, a said it was late, but he would do his best to at least try to get the car looked at, one hour later, car is fixed and I am on the road. Customer service the was it is supposed to be, this is how you earn customers for life! Great job!

I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion Sport yesterday. I didn't expect to have a payment $90 more than I was paying, but the car has 20k miles and is in excellent conditions. No money down and good interest. And the best part, I can go back in a year and trade it for a newer one. Thanks David for your service.

The worst service I have ever received from a dealer. My friend bought a used truck from a dealer out of state. After having the truck shipped to her she discovered that the backup sensor did not work. The selling dealer told her to take the truck to her local dealer to have it checked out and to bill them. Don Reid would not bill the other dealer and if no corporation was not bad enough. Don Reid has the gall to bill $2.75 waste expense for just diagnosing the problem.

Went to close on a car today, but my quoted price was changed without notification so my husband and i decided not to purchase. The customer service was dissatisfying. I can't believe the general Manger told me I would do better with a Nissan...hmmmm...not sure if he should say that. My grandfather worked for FORD for over 35 years--I can't believe this is the treatment preferred customers receive.
