Purchased my 2016 Ford Taurus on February 27th as our 30th wedding anniversary gift. I refinanced it at credit union for lower interest rate and came back to dealership on March 24th to be reimbursed for my GAP coverage. Returned again on March 27th to have someone make copies of my paperwork from credit union but was never given anything to sign.
