Absolutely worst experience I have had to date with a purchase of a truck. I purchased a $50,000.00 truck on January 27th. Signed loan agreement and away I went. At the initial purchase date I pointed out a few relatively minor issues that needed to be resolved. I was told by my salesman Clayton Brown they would be fixed the following week, due to the vehicle being purchased on Saturday evening. We have a 2011 King Ranch. In September of 2017 we began having issues with the passengers side window which I later learned is a common problem with this model. We took it in for service four times before Eric and Rich Filippin were able to finally diagnose and correct the issue. Rich's follow up after the service was AMAZING!!! Was a little ticked off with Peacock at first because I thought Don Reids service department was better but Rich has made me a believer. Thank you so much!!
My 2017 F150 blew a radiator Sunday evening. Brought it in Monday morning for service. Ron and the service lady got me taken care of with a loaner and was very accommodating in getting my truck fixed the following day. Thanks again will definitely be doing business again with Peacock.

I'm a new Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid owner. My first experience with the service department at Peacock Ford was exceptional. David Collimore and Lyman Keele were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They provided me with a courtesy vehichle so I was able to get back to work, which was incredible. I'm grateful that my first service appointment was so good and look forward to working with them in the future.
