Had a recall and my appt took 20 minutes. Super smooth in and out.

Highly recommend using Peacock Ford over Greenway Ford any day. Had to get 2 new tires on my explorer to finish the set and got an the works oil change. Had my car done in two and a half hours. They even took care of the carbon monoxide check on my car and washed it without me mentioning it. I got the other 2 new wheels a month ago from Greenway ford and it took over 8 hours for them to do it with an appointment, never even attempted to do the carbon monoxide test. Don made it worth it; he was an incomparable professional about getting my recall part replaced. I glided through appointment and had my car back within hours. Happy to have a great relationship with the local dealership.
RecommendedI am always greeted with a smile and feel welcomed. They are extremely accommodating and get my car in fast and are thorough in service. They do not try to make a sale of un needed things and explain what is needed at time of service and expectations of future concerns
