Reggie, my service writer was great as always. However, I fail to understand why the oil cahnge should cost me $40 when while the dealership was Don Reed it was only $29. what has changed so much just because the dealership is under new owners. does that really mean that the prices should go up that much?
They took care of the recall problem on my 2014 Ford Escape. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

Peacock Ford tried to charge over $500 for a fuse that cost $12. Luckily we didn’t fall for that. Unfortunately I’m sure that some people that don’t know anything about cars have fallen for it. Don’t take your car there.
Service department was great. Brought my truck in for a water leak and they had it fixed within a few hours. They even fixed some recalls without my asking. Super professional, quick and communicative. I looked into buying a truck with them and the sales department was super helpful and low pressure.
