From start to finish the experience was great. Todd (salesman) showed me all of the Mustangs and knew the features very well. He wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t want. The whole process was great, even finishing up with Gary (finance manager) was short and to the point. I would give 5 stars to this dealership.
It was easy to get an appointment and the service writer was thorough, even making sure my vehicle was washed before being returned to me.
I was concerned with repairs done to my vehicle. My complaint did not go unheard. Rich was a gentleman. He inherited me and was happy to help. In the end Peacock resolved the problem, stood behind their work. Sincerely made a great save. Paula was always following up to make sure things were running smooth. They were determined to help me. That is an important quality. Thank you Peacock Ford.

Great service truck was in and out the same day
Needed an oil change and had a free coupon for being a first responder plus had a recall for my F150. Did a great job and didn’t take forever like other places! I live in Clermont and work in Winter Park, would definitely recommend Peacock Ford over Clermont Ford! Thank you!
