This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had an issue on my end with my down payment and they really worked with me. Got into a bind with my personal truck in an accident. I walked out with a new truck. The worked with me every bit of the way even brought the truck I wanted down from north of Gainesville. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Jerry and Wayde are both top notch sales guys who don’t pressure it’s like having a conversation with family. Angela the finance lady made everything smooth and simple. I will be using them again when I’m ready for my next purchase.
Very professional and friendly. Erik Langfeldt and his service team are knowledgeable and helpful. They always take care of any rare problems quickly and efficiently. Just recently had to have some major body work done, and the body shop is also awesome. Everyone is very nice, and my car looks like new! I highly recommend Peacock Ford for any automobile needs.
