Went in this morning for an oil change. Did not have an appointment. The advisor said it would be an hour and a half. The work was done just like he said. I will definitely be going back again.
Peacock Ford is one if the best dealer experiences I’ve ever had. I used to sell cars so I’m not an easy customer. The whole staff from Sales Manager, the Assistant, the salesman and the business office rep were some if the finest, sharpest and friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with. Willie and the others are top notch. Love my new mustang. They really jumped through a lot of hoops to make the sale.

no customer service sucks every since peacock took over the service departments is unorganized and don't have customer service skills and the GM don't have customer service skills neither the parts department still intact
I went there to get my headlight replaced It took some time because they haven't replaced a headlight on a fusion before What I really like was that he quoted me one price even though it was more then what he said but they honored that quote he told me So thanks so must for fixing my headlight
Brought truck in for “The Works” oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. Showed up early for my appointment, I received VIP transportation to and from my home. In the past a routine oil service took between one and two hours, would have never left the dealership if I knew it would only take 30+ minutes. I highly recommend Peacock.
I've only had routine maint. done with Peacock, but each time I have had a pleasant experience. I use Ms. Tolver as my service adviser who is very professional and courteous. Everyone I've dealt with has been very helpful as well.
Lyman Keele is the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with . He’s attentive, straight forward and let’s you know when this are going to cause you problems before they happen. Peacock Ford in maitland is lucky to have him . Thanks !!!
