Don the service rep was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. The cashier was the nicest person. You just wanted to stay and talk with her all day. Received the service at Peacock that did no receive at another Ford location. Will be back!!!

My service rep, Lyman, always handles my service needs. He is courteous and professional. The service is always prompt and well done. My Ford vehicle has never given me an issue since I’ve been getting regular maintenance visits at Peacock Ford. Highly recommend this dealership.
Everything went fine. About an hour and a half wait but went pretty quickly.
stopped in on a Saturday without appointment after car starting crisis...they squeezed me in and replaced dying battery a d sent me safely on my way..very good service.
