RecommendedHad an excellent service experience with Don! Everybody was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to diagnose issues with my daughters Explorer when another dealership (out of state) could not. The repairs and services on our vehicles was done very quickly and I felt like they went “the extra mile”. I will definitely be using Don and Peacock Ford again!

Bought a 2016 Ford Truck a couple of months ago. No ever came out to go over the truck to answer questions. Poor Service, will not respond to Emails to a current issue I have with the Loan, tried (3) times to several people.
Not a 5 AStar rating on Friday, 12/14. Your greeter forgot about me, then forgot my name, explained she was distracted!??? Anyway, the young woman Felicia was very accommodating. She gets the star rating! Unfortunately, my engine light came on less than a mile from the service bay. Of course, I had just gotten into a perfect parking space for lunch. Having lived in Orlando nearly 70 years Fords have been their place in my driveway. 64 mustang, used 150, bronco, explorer sport, explorer and F150. Waiting for a service call last week, I marveled at the end of year models! Only time will deliver the next new FORD. The service help did everything they could to make the experience nice. (ie Rick & Don) Enjoy the holidays!
Service was great! My car was overheating and I took it in and they were able to fix it before the end of the day. I don’t know much about cars but Richard was able to explain the issue to me and help me understand what needed to be done to fix it. Will definitely be going back if any other service issues arise!
My Escape was idling poorly and they took care of the issue. Glad it was under warranty. Great customer service. Rich F kept me informed. 👍
I've been to Peacock Ford three times in the last year for both regular maintenance and repairs. Today, Don took care of me and was very efficient, pleasant and made sure that the work was covered under an extended warranty I previously purchased. I highly recommend Peacock Ford since I found the staff to be honest, helpful and efficient.
