Sales team was very personable and accommodating. Sean was very attentive and gracious as a salesperson. Alex in finance, and Michelle from internet sales, are about nicest people I've met in the auto industry.
Absolutely love Peacock Ford. The service department always goes above and beyond as well as the sales department. I live 5 minutes from another Ford dealership and will always drive the 25 minutes to go to Peacock Ford instead. They treat you like a person not just a number, as well as always listen to my concerns and make sure everything is perfect before I leave. 1000 times over would recommend getting your car serviced at Peacock Ford. I cannot rave enough about Don Reid Ford. Ever since it was sold it has not been the same. The service department sucks, the show room is outdated, and they do not check the used cars before the sell them. I will now be going to Mullinax or Greenway Ford.

Thompson was my salesman. At first I didn’t think I was gonna be able to make the purchase. Thompson helped me ALOT!!! He didn’t make me feel like I was getting scammed or nothing. I highly recommend anyone to go to peacock ford.
