My car has been in for service four time for the same issue....still same issue going back for the 5th time. Not sure why, but I hope this time they do it right. Spoke with Ford Corporate and they are getting involved to see what and why this keeps happening. Not a happy person on this re-occurring issue.
Don Raymond was very helpful. He was genuinely concerned about my cost and whether part of the work would be covered under warranty.
