We called saying our car needed a new battery and a positive terminal mount. When I dropped it off, no one had me sign anything about anything. I called asking that before any work be done , that they call with a quote. That seemed difficult to understand. Then they called and quoted the work snd we said, no thanks, they said ok. That will be $79 for diagnostics. We said, no way. There was no diagnosing, we TOLD YOU, the problem, you just needed to say what it would cost. We were told that’s the way it is. friendly, efficient and professional service. couldn't ask for more. if its buying or service. this is the place. Don was also a gentleman and sped up everything for me.
The service was amazing! I was shocked on how quickly things were done! The customer service was superb!
All was well outside of getting a call at 7:20 in the AM from the service advisor. Saturday morning, no kids, up at 7:20 anyway. Poor business practice to call customers that early when their appointment wasn’t until 9........
I had the Works done on my Escape today and a great experience. Lyman and Steela in your service department are exceptional people to work with and made my experience so terrific. I am sorry i can't remember the gentleman who did the actual service. but also terrific. great experience as usual
SEAN did an awesome job helping with ensuring the car was prepared for my test drive. Very friendly sales team and very accommodating to supporting my needs. I would highly recommend using this dealership.
