I have never purchased from Peacock Ford but I did hear that they now have Ryan Ortiz formally of Mullinax Ford there. Ryan is amazing to deal with he cares about his customers and we are loyal to him. My family as well as many friends have bought from Ryan and we will now be following him to Peacock. This was the least stressful car buying experience I've had. Very happy!
Went here because I needed an ignition coil. Waited 2 hours for a diagnostic test, only for them to tell me I needed a coil, spark plug, a PCM reprogram and a complete fuel system service. The service department price for the ignition coil was $91.14 plus $139.95 install charge. I called their own Parts department the same afternoon and purchased the same ignition coil for $82.85 and did it myself, as it takes all of 3 minutes to complete. Honesty in dealing would be a good start. I was told we had a deal at one price then they refused to honor that price.
