Recommendedquick service, courteous people, always use them
I understand taking your car to a dealership to be serviced can be more expensive, but $1350 to replace a water pump and thermostat is absolutely ridiculous. I declined to have my car serviced and saved over $1000 taking it elsewhere. Everyone was very friendly, but the service prices are beyond outrageous.
Don was a great service advisor. I was able to get in without an appointment and had several issues repaired same day.
The staff is competent and engaging with the customer. The staff makes me feel like family.
Angelo, the manager at Peacock ford was really amazing to my family and me. He went above any beyond in every way. Most of his staff are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. You are not just another sale to them. I was very impressed that they found the exact vehicle I wanted and had it into the dealership the next day! We are extremely grateful to the many wonderful people at Peacock Ford (formerly Don Reid Ford) and especially Quintin Rodriguez. He and his manager Dave, were very helpful in our car search/buying experience after I was in an accident that totaled our 2017 Focus hatchback. I will highly recommend them to you should you be in the market for a vehicle!
