Lucas and Jesse were the best sales people. On the other hand, finance will rob you in interest rate. With 837 credit score, they got me 6.24% interest rate. I knew it was too much and got 3.24% with Partners Federal Credit Union whom I used for my last 2 car loans. The dealership said my sale didn’t qualify to meet their terms. So in 10 days I will have a refinance with Partners to get the lower rate and much cheaper payment. They tried to stay with TD bank to get that commission and take 3% on my apr in their pockets each ... read more

I was working with another dealership on a truck that Peacock Ford had, they had told them it was available. They then called them back and said it was sold. I called them directly and talked to Wade, told him what I had on trade, my credit score and where I wanted my payments. Heard nothing back for over 24 hours. Nicole called me back and wanted to know if we had made a deal. I told her I had heard nothing from Wade. He called me back an hour later, being extremely rude.
