I've been a customer at this location for approximately 20 years. The friendly professional service keeps me coming back. My service rep., Jeff, not only cares for my vehicles, he is professional yet personable and very courteous. The new customer lounge/waiting areas are really classy and comfortable.
I went in to service department to have my air bag replaced that was recalled. Lyman was my service representative he was very courteous and very personable. I was given the opportunity to sit in the lounge with coffee and cold beverages with snacks provided during my wait and I was updated on length of stay for the service. I will recommend Peacock ford to my friends and family.
I brought in my truck for a required service adjustment called for by Ford. I was early before the advertised opening time however I was promptly met by a woman who greeted me and promptly brought me to my service representative. This gentleman was wonderful to work with he was helpful friendly and supportive in all ways.
Sale people are very knowledgeable and not pushy. I have been to other dealers where sales people cannot take no for answer.
I took my Explorer in for an oil change and the works. lyman was amazing and great to work with!
