The dealership said they were doing pick up and delivery service online and on Facebook I called the dealership to schedule this— and they said they never started this service. I reached out to their social media for clarification and didn’t receive a response. Not sure why they are not standing behind what they say online.
The buying over the phone was fast. The only problem is we did not see the car before making a decision. We kind a rush things too. But its alright my daughter was so happy. I just wish the after product service was superb. But to me was not. Because 3 days after the sale, I asked and texted Wade about the wheel lock. He said it should have it. My sales advisor, Wade, was excellent! He took great care in listening to me and working with me to get exactly what I was looking for in my new F250. He definitely went above and beyond the normal call to make sure my experience was perfect. The reason for 2 stars is because of the GM. He never introduced himself to me and most importantly, he never thanked me for my business. It was shameful.
