my sales guy Jerry Watts did an outstanding job! He explained everything every step of the way and made sure i was comfortable with every step before signing any paperwork. There was no pressure to sign and afterward he even walked me through the vehicle making sure i understood the features of my vehicle. I have been to Peacock Ford for a couple of years now, mainly for recalls. The last time I visited my issues were not taken care of, and I felt like I was brushed off. My most recent visit on 3/18, I had Joe taking care of me and my car. Thankfully, Joe was ready and willing to take care of a recall for me, and he heard and understood another issue that caused an extended warranty for my transmission, and did what had to be done to fix it for me.
