When this dealership was Don Reid Ford the service was exceptional. When in for the first time since it became Peacock Ford the absolute worse customer service ever had an appointment scheduled for my breaks over a week in advance letting them know I would be waiting they told me it would take 2 hours sat there and waited for the 2 hours at that point Heather my service advisor came in to tell my they didn’t have my brakes in stock r u kidding me ???? Took 48 hours to get my car back and I left at least 3 messages for the GM... read more
we drove here, all the way from spring hill (2 hours) just to have a bad experience with the Kia dealership down the street. we drove into this dealership unexpectedly. The staff was so helpful in finding the perfect vehicle quickly. Sean Gleeson was straight forward and so understanding. He made the process quick and painless. He gave a 10/10 experience.
